About Us
Mitchell R. Kerner
Coastal Valuation Services was incorporated by Mitchell Kerner in 2024. Mr. Kerner has over half a decade of experience in commercial real estate valuation and holds a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license. He has performed valuations on assets throughout the country, ranging from local properties to institutional developments.
In his career, he has significant experience appraising multifamily, industrial, retail, condominium, manufactured housing, build-to-rent, land, development and special purpose properties. Previous client types include attorneys, accountants, national and regional banks, financial institutions, private lenders, pension funds, REITs, and real estate developers.
Prior to Coastal Valuation Services, Mr. Kerner served as Vice President at Partner Valuation Advisors. Previously, he worked as a Senior Associate at Bowery Valuation and Real Estate Valuation Analyst at Altus Group.
